Meet the Therapist
Kenneth Schott, BS, LMT
Florida License # MA16260
Kenneth began his career in massage therapy in 1992 at Seminar Network International School of Massage in Lake Worth. After completing school, he acquired a then required Florida State license, his National Board Certification, and obtained a 7-year massage therapy contract with Club Med.
After completing his contract with Club Med, he was offered a teaching position with the Keiser Collegiate System. At Keiser, he was given the opportunity to develop the Massage Therapy Program which was incorporated into all of the Keiser Universities within the State. Kenneth taught within the Massage Therapy Program for 5 years before transitioning to a smaller career school where he taught for 7 years prior to their closing. He presently continues with his massage teaching which now stands at 16 years of educational experience. He has always said, “It’s great to teach something that you truly enjoy.”
With 26 years in the field and extensive training, teaching, and practical experience, he believes that the following factors must be provided to the client: Educate and guide the client throughout the healing process, incorporate multiple modalities and techniques based on client needs, and encourage supplemental elements that will complement the therapy (nutrition, exercise, yoga, etc.)
